Jill has more than 18 years’ experience in the local government management in the greater Chicago Metropolitan Area. Throughout her career she has created collaborative relationships with community libraries, schools, park districts, local businesses and civic organizations.  She has developed and managed capital improvement programs and multi-million-dollar budgets ranging from $8 to $33 million per year.  She has been responsible for project management and upgrading operational systems resulting in revenue increases that typically average 10-15%. She has worked for the Municipalities of Antioch, Evanston, Lincolnwood and Oak Park.

At EPNA, Jill serves in support of our efforts to create an environment in which our business, across all categories, can achieve strategic growth and enhance relationships with key community partners.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Kansas and earned a Master of Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.  She resides with her husband and two children in Evanston, Illinois.
