Gabriella joined EPNA in 2024 after experience working in the hospitality space.  Her main goal at EPNA is to make sure merchants know they have support every step of the way. After a merchant is boarded on the EPNA platform, Gabriella is the contact to gain feedback on the onboarding and training experience and then provides feedback to EPNA senior merchant consultants and the executive team.

Prior to joining EPNA, Gabriella worked for 3 years in the restaurant industry.  Having experience in a fast paced environment has been beneficial as EPNA continues to gain traction both locally and nationally.

Gabriella enjoys listening to music, working out, spending time at a great coffee shop with a favorite book, and travelling with family and friends.
