Mark joined EPNA in March of 2019 and brings with him years of experience in point-of-sale installation. Mark’s technical background is a bonus in his ability to successfully install processing hardware and software, including integrated POS systems as well as stand-alone terminals. Mark’s experience in the payments industry began at Fifth Third Bank, where he was a lead installer for processing equipment in five states: Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Michigan. During his five-year career at 5/3, Mark received numerous awards for customer service and support.

Mark is also a business owner. For the past 15 years he has owned and operated a construction company focusing on both residential and commercial projects. He is fully licensed and insured in Illinois, and his experience in installation and wiring provides peace of mind to merchant customers that the job will be done the right way!

A former All-America high school soccer player at Palatine High School, Mark went on to play soccer at Illinois State University and currently resides in Evanston, Illinois.
